The Costa de Almería has the sunniest and driest climate in Spain, with long hot summers and warm winters, and very little rainfall. The peak summer months of July and August tend to reach above 30 degrees, while the temperatures of the calmer summer months reach 20 degrees. Evenings are also pleasant in peak months and during the non-peak summer months a light jacket is recommended for those sea breezes, but you can still expect a great sunbath in the day sun.
