That didn’t last long. Michael’s row of cell phones. He was called in to help investigate the case of an unexploded bomb in a library. The bomb turned out to be a “teaser” of what was about to happen.

A series of crimes begin to occur. The city is now terrified with everything that is happening. It soon becomes clear that all these incidents cannot be the work of an amateur. There is a serial killer in town and this person is recreating serial killers from New York’s past.

Michael Bennett asks FBI agent Emily Parker for help.

Can Michael and Emily solve this case before things get too dangerous for them and Michael’s entire family?

I’ve never read a James Patterson book that I didn’t like. Tick Tock is another thriller from this author. There is plenty of action throughout the book that will keep you turning the pages. Michael Bennett is a great character who is family oriented and one I look forward to reading about in future books. The reader will like it immediately. It should also be interesting to see if he ends up in a serious relationship with Mary Catherine or Emily Parker. I always love the short chapters in Patterson’s books. It’s hard to stop reading the book at times and it gives you a chance to go ahead and read another chapter or two because they don’t take a lot of time.
