The ‘postman’ weight loss plan!

This article is intended for those of you who have a weight problem and want to lose weight. I know what it feels like to struggle with a weight problem after trying countless diets and weight loss plans. Like so many people, I have always preferred the flavors and comfort of the wrong types of food; food that is full of calories that you would never burn.

The foods that I should have been eating never really appealed to me, vegetables, fruits, salads, pasta, I just couldn’t enjoy eating them by opting for the old pizzas, burgers, curries and fries. The problem with being a teenager who wants to be accepted is that you do things that are not very good for your health, smoking is one of them but going out to eat fast food and drinking alcohol are the two that really have a negative effect on your health. his weight, it goes without saying that as a young adult he had a serious weight problem and suffered severely with low self-esteem and confidence issues.

It was at this point that I, like many others, made a conscious decision to start trying to lose some weight, and began looking into diets and weight loss programs, of which there seemed to be thousands. I tried one after the other, but soon got tired of the lack of taste and flavor of low-fat foods and living off milk shakes wasn’t really my idea of dieting. Just when I had gotten to the point where I thought there was nothing I could do with my weight because the diet just wasn’t working for me, I noticed our postman coming up our way, I used to go to school with him and I liked him. he used to carry quite a bit of weight, but surprisingly he was quite thin now. I called him and chatted, eventually mustering up enough courage to ask him how he managed to lose so much weight.

He told me it was how he remembered it when he started his job as a postman a couple of years earlier, but all the walking around and carrying the delivery bags had caused him to lose all that weight, he hadn’t been on a diet as such and because he was working early in the week. morning and had practically given up alcohol on work nights.

The answer was as clear as the day is long: exercise. I can still eat normally, not overeat, but normally and exercise regularly and I will start to lose weight. It was amazing once I started, my weight started to drop pretty fast at first and I actually felt less hungry and thirstier especially after exercise and I always quenched my thirst with water. This, in turn, made me feel much healthier and happier with myself, which is why I also felt compelled to drink less alcohol. I am pleased to report that I am currently really satisfied with my weight and have even eaten healthy foods for the past twelve months, which has contributed to my weight loss even more.
