Follow these steps:

  • Breathe into your diaphragm (your stomach should expand, your shoulders should not rise)
  • Feel how the entire front of your body, your chest, your stomach and even your testicles are getting bigger.
  • When you exhale, imagine the air moving up your spine.
  • As you continue to exhale, feel it travel from your spine to your head.
  • With the last of your breath, feel it finally come back down to your diaphragm.
  • Finally start the cycle again with each breath.
  • With each breath imagine that you are glowing with energy that is filling the entire room.
