Why do we need SANE leaders?

Although, when Donald Trump was running for the highest office in our country, his campaign slogan was, Make America Great Again, many feel that he has done anything but that! However, to demonstrate, the degree of polarization, within this nation, at this time, his main supporters / political base, seem to believe in him and rarely question everything he says, or does, often, affirming, his claims they are true, and anything else is a hoax, or worse! We should have been concerned, from the beginning, because, when that slogan is the central theme of one, it seems to indicate, things were better, in black and white (our memories), than, today! Wouldn’t we be better served and represented by someone who learns from the past, while proceeding, in a relevant and sustainable way, looking for a viable solution, which could make us even better? With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why we need SANE leaders.

1. Strategic; sustainable; strongest / strengths; solutions; service / serve: Instead of prioritizing one’s political / personal agenda, and / or self-interest, we need individuals, who consider ramifications, needs, etc., and proceed in a strategic manner! The goal should be to use the strengths of the nation, as well as those of the leader, to make ourselves stronger and better. Instead of the same empty promises, the same systems and rhetoric, we need sane leaders, who are focused on creating viable and sustainable solutions, that provide maximum service and, appropriately, serve this nation.

two. Attitude; fitness; attention; articulate; behaviour: We need leaders, with a positive, positive attitude, combined with a set of relevant skills and abilities. Only then will these individuals be ready, willing, and able to pay close attention to the best path – forward! When someone articulates a message, regardless of impact, and often appears to be taking or avoiding relevant action, our citizens lose!

3. Needs; best: Anyone, with a way, a focus, etc. kinder, would it give many more confidence and comfort in the actions and ideas of a leader? Unless someone, both of us, prioritizes our needs and is perceived to be doing so, most will not listen effectively, with an open mind!

Four. Empathy; emphasis; efforts; Excellence; endurance; to enrich: Since no one has all the answers, etc., the best leader consistently, effectively, listens and learns from every conversation and experience, and focuses his emphasis accordingly! One’s efforts should focus on personal excellence, rather than being satisfied with the good, enough, and the same, the same, the old. This is usually a process and requires resistance, struggle, the good fight to enrich your constituents and the nation.

It’s time, past, when this nation needs SANE leaders! Wake up, America, before it’s too late!
