Mike Geary’s bestselling book The Truth about Six Pack Abs is a well written and instructional 144 page book and program for anyone and EVERYONE who wants to lose weight and show off a six pack abs. Mike demonstrates a compassion in working with people struggling to lose weight and an expertise with the common questions they ask when trying to lose weight…specifically body fat.

He’s very honest when he points out that the best way to get ripped abs is not to do tons of sit-ups or other ab exercises, and he also points out that ab machines aren’t the best way (and are often avoided altogether) either. But, in case you’re not a big reader, I decided to distill his entire book into the best diet hack and the best exercise hack to make it easier for you to lose weight.
